Welcome to SSS Events. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website and services.
Our services are focused on event planning, management, decoration, catering, photography, entertainment, and customized celebrations for weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, festivals, and more.
2. Eligibility to Use Our Services
- Users must be at least 18 years old to book services.
- By booking with SSS Events, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
- Corporate and institutional clients must ensure their representatives are duly authorized to book on behalf of the organization.
3. Scope of Services
SSS Events provides the following event-related services:
- Wedding Planning & Décor
- Birthday Parties
- Corporate Events
- Theme Parties & Festivals
- Catering and Venue Management
- Photography & Videography
- Entertainment Services
We strive to deliver high-quality, professional event experiences customized to client requirements. However, actual results may vary depending on availability, venue constraints, third-party vendor dependencies, and client cooperation.
4. Booking and Payment
- All event bookings must be made at least 15 days in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
- The balance must be paid 7 days prior to the event date.
- Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, or Cash (subject to confirmation).
- Any additional services requested after booking will be billed separately.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a 70% refund.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event are non-refundable.
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), bookings may be rescheduled based on mutual agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate event details (date, venue, theme, guest count, etc.).
- Obtain all necessary permissions or licenses required for the event.
- Ensure timely payments to avoid cancellation or delays.
- Treat SSS Events staff, vendors, and partners respectfully.
Failure to comply may lead to service refusal or termination of contract.
7. Vendor and Third-Party Services
SSS Events may collaborate with caterers, photographers, decorators, entertainers, and venue providers. While we ensure professionalism, we are not liable for third-party delays, damages, or failures beyond our control.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
- SSS Events shall not be held responsible for losses due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or client negligence.
- We are not liable for damages to property, personal injuries, or theft at event venues.
- Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for services booked.
9. Intellectual Property
- All logos, content, and designs of SSS Events are our intellectual property.
- Clients may use promotional materials provided by us only with prior written consent.
- Unauthorized copying or distribution of our website content is prohibited.
10. Privacy Policy
- Client information such as name, contact details, and event preferences will be collected strictly for service purposes.
- We will not share or sell client data to third parties, except vendors directly involved in event execution.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
12. Force Majeure
SSS Events will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural calamities, pandemics, or government restrictions.
13. Amendments
SSS Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes through our website or via email. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
